We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, for example when you use the contact form, email us or call us. This may include:

• your name and job title
• your email address and phone number

• the content of your message and any details about your requirements

The contact form on this website does not store your information on our web server. It opens your own email application with your message addressed to us, and we receive it as a normal email.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange product demonstrations
• provide quotations, implementation, training and support

• meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

4. Legal basis

We process your information because you have asked us to (for example, to respond to your enquiry), because it is necessary to take steps towards or perform a contract with you, because it is in our legitimate interest to run and develop our business, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal information only where needed, with:

• service providers who support our business, such as email and IT hosting providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations
• professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers
• authorities, where we are required to by law

Because we are based in India, information you send us will be processed in India. Where the law requires it, we take appropriate steps to protect information transferred across borders.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you follow a link to another website, such as Google Maps, that website's own privacy policy applies.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and customer records for as long as required by our contracts and by law. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
